Should I awaken this item? -

I have a level fifteen mercenary suit that had 151-153 defense, 20 FP and 1 water.
According to flyfffansite.com, this has the same stats as the level 24 suit. It is called swift suit, but that is level 24. Should I awaken this item? I could potentially use it for a long time. Also, what does the 1 water stand for?
