ASISST TO BILPOSTER(BUILD, SKILLS)- help me -

Hello. Yesterday I became an Assist.
My build now is:
STR: XXX
STA: 20
DEX: 43
INT: 15
I found that build somewhere.
It's good build?
I want to be a billposter, so i think yes.
Could you help me with skills? Which should I use to max? Which should I use to unlock next skills?
I'm waiting for help .
PS: I'm sorry for making new thread... I just want to make certain.
