umm, Str bp need hit rate, which is why they always end up getting like +8-+10 sets for extra hit rate. Most str bp will tell you get your set to +8 or to +10, and use gknuckle or w/e. Str bp need hit rate. more they need speed wheather they know it or not.
Dmg is always constant, your hitrate is not. if your full str bp level 60 u might hit 2k one time out of 3 hits, but if your full dex you will probably hit evrytime on the same mob for less dmg but always the same or close to same dmg, crits are different.
a str bp might get lucky and hit like 10 times in a row and kill 1 mob, but more often he will probably miss alot while a dex bp hits for less dmg but always does a little. Im not saying dex bp is better or str is or w/e just saying dmg is almost always the same, every hit on the mob and that bp will need hitrate for thier high dmg attacks to be felt, which is why it is not really required they get gknuckle. Gkncukle is for high dmg, because its a good strng knuckle, +15% atk speed, and +15%hp. it would probably be usefull for a dex bp then a str bp becuase str could use a +20% hit rate from a yakadain knukcle rather then speed from gknuckle because thier hit rate is probably going to be low. so i disagree with str bp need or require a gknuckle, and chris guy said str bp dont require a gknuck. meaning it is not neccesary for the build to work, but usally str bp need +8-+10 sets and rare green weapons or such like Gknuckle, or yaka to add speed or hp or hitrate.
umm pure dex doesn't fail because they can get mobs stunlocked. and have high dodge rate and crit rate, if anything they might be slower. because at some point thier speed reaches its max, but image if it could be faster a dex bp might be better then a str bp, only reason you might not think so, is because thier is a limit to everything, such as crit dmg, atk speed, atk and everything, but dmg is only limited by sets peirced options, and sets, and the weapons they use and how its upgraded and the stat str. it keeps going up but is only limited by what you can do. u can always add str for more dmg. but a dex bp adding dex will make them reach 100% atk speed and give them higher crit rate, and dodge rate but thier speed stops at 100% putting dex at a disadvantage to str because of its limits.
anyhow a Pure dex probably isnt failure but maybe slower, but if you have full dex, crit alot and always dodge and dont need food because u always dodge a hit and are always stunlocking, i probably wouldn't mind being full dex and never having to food or die.
