Umm meimei, as I understood it only the movement slowing effect is back to Ice Arrow, but meh, you interested me to check it, so i`m going to my ranger to check it out and i`ll come back with an answer XD
And btw: yep, my only experience CWing was once with my friend`s lv84 rm, who had a full team in that CW. It seems like a hard work, but he didn`t have a really good status in his equips and he didn`t reach 60 base sta yet
