Nah more like 9k at least to be sure. Especially if you're not experienced in CW/first time.
Also, plugs/defense don't help in CW if you're lvl 80+. Going to CW below lvl 80 is NOT recommended.
Your build looks fine at the moment, if you want I can calculate what your HP would be at lvl 85 with that build and those EQs.
