Not bad. I'd suggest adding a bit more sta, maybe up to 25 or 30 since I don't like sticking with 15 sta, but if you're fine with it, its okay with me. If you're missing consistently, I'd suggest ditching beef and going with acc. But so far, it seems like a good build from what I know about dex builds.
