A Little More About The Ranger...
Rangers get the best of AOE and One-Vs-One. They can AOE effectively because of Perfect Block
and One-Vs-One nicely with Fast Shot. Any Magician, Psykeepers, or Elementor's that want to PVP
against a Ranger will lose regardless when the Ranger has the ability Silent Shot. Silent Shot
will also render the BP's ultimate skill useless.
Having a mastered Perfect block is the difference between life and death to an AOE ranger.
The numbers aren't really known for a 100% block rate but rumors have been spreading that
a ranger can achieve up to 50%-75%. That would mean 3 of 4 hits will be blocked. If you
calculate in evasion as well a Ranger's is one of the greatest AOE warrior in the all the land.
